Choose a construction partner using evidence
A polished website is a starting point. Before choosing a construction company in Chennai, ask for evidence relevant to the type, scale and location of your project. Compare what each firm will actually deliver.

Discuss inspection stages, test records, progress reporting and defect resolution. Request the warranty terms, exclusions, maintenance requirements and claims process before signing.
7. Align the programme and payments
A useful schedule includes approvals, procurement, execution and handover. Define the evidence supporting each payment milestone. If you use a loan, check the lender’s disbursement process before agreeing payment dates.

Bring questions and ask for written answers where the proposal is unclear. You should be able to explain the scope, the price basis and your own responsibilities after the discussion.
