The contract specifies: exact material brands and grades, payment milestones, project timeline, scope of work, inclusions and exclusions, quality inspection protocol, warranty terms, dispute resolution process, and penalty clauses for delays on both sides.

What does '100% Fixed Price' mean?

Once we sign the contract, your price per square foot is locked. If material costs rise, if the project takes longer than planned, or if we encounter unforeseen site conditions — the financial risk is ours, not yours. You pay exactly what was agreed, nothing more. This is our most important promise.

Are there any costs not covered by the package price?

The package price covers the civil construction as specified. Items typically handled separately include: government approval fees, CMDA charges, soil testing (included in Premium), interior furniture, landscaping and statutory connection fees (water board, electricity board). We disclose all exclusions clearly before signing.

We provide all necessary documentation required by banks — approved drawings, specifications, contractor credentials and stage completion certificates. We have experience working with loan-funded projects and can connect you with our banking partners.
